Our Classic Elegance wedding package includes all of the following:

The Venue for rehearsal and the full wedding day -This includes the entire front yard for both the ceremony and reception dinner party. The backyard area is typically used for the cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. A long  bar, gazebos and pool area make it a perfect setting for guests while the bridal party is taking photographs before dinner. The day prior is typically a 2 hour time slot for a rehearsal for the wedding party.

Indoor Bridal Suite - There is an apartment connected to the main house with a separate entrance making a convenient place for the bridal party to prepare.

Venue coordinator - our team member will coordinate with your wedding planner throughout the planning process and during the big day. 

​

Tables, chairs, linens & table settings - Our beautiful arrangements will be of the same high quality as consistent with the property. All the chairs, tables, linens, and place settings needed for the ceremony and dinner are included. Standing tables and linens for the cocktail hour are also provided. Work with our team for color choices and exact selections.

Luxury guest bathrooms - Our "posh" bathrooms are not the typical rental fare. We want to make sure your guests have nice, clean, spacious and well-lit facilities for the essentials.

Dance Floor & Lighting - We provide the dance floor and attractive site lighting across the front of the property for beautiful atmosphere, and to keep your guests dancing into the evening.

Shuttles to the venue - As this is a private gated community, your guests will park at a convenient rented parking lot that is less than 3 miles from the venue. Your guests will be transported in comfort and style without any excessive waiting, provided by a team of shuttles that operate throughout the event per the demand.

Event Day Insurance - This covers the bride and groom from any damage to the property with a $1,000 deductible.

Classic Elegance Package Price for up to 125 guests:     $14,989

For parties over 125 guests, add $35 for each additional guest, up to a maximum of 200. 

Above price applies to available dates in 2024.

Additional Customization:

​To utilize our venue coordinator for complete wedding planning in lieu of your own separate planner, add approximately $1,500. (exact services to be determined and agreed upon).

Catering, DJ, Photographer, Videographer Options:

We work with several excellent approved catering companies. Wedding packages for dinner range from $30-90 per person. This broad range of options allows you to tailor your event to your preferences and budget. We also work with a number of excellent photographers, videographers and DJ's. You may choose your own, or we can assist you by making our services an easy "one stop shop" for your planning!
